SO, WHAT ABOUT DECELERATION?
We are living our life in high drive, constantly exposed to tremendous pressure, as we try to finish every task in a rush. All of that pressure is endured by us, only on the slight chance of finding some time to relax and catch a break on the weekend, which is as well packed with social obligations dedicated to our family and friends. Most of the time there is not a single second left to lay back, dial down and put our main focus on ourselves, which is time that we especially need in order to process the information overload we gathered over the course of our busy week.
